RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At mvcosmeticx we aim at the provision of quality cosmetic products. If you are not satisfied with the purchase kindly persue our return and refund policy below:

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN AND REFUND:
Product should not be returned opened, used or in non original packaging.

Return must be initiated within 48hrs of delivery

Any form of return that includes lipsticks or personal care items cannot be initiated on ground of hygiene.

2. RETURN PROCESS:
Email us at ( mvcosmeticx@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return

Upon receipt of your return request the company team will review and will provide the return instructions

Ship the item back to us (shipping cost will be borne by the buyer except in cases of damage or incorrect product)

3: DAMAGED/INCORRECT PRODUCT:
An opening video is mandatory for return of the product
You must notify us within 48hrs for necessary verification. Replacements will be processed or the money will be refunded
